Responsibilities

• Perform routine manufacturing operations for probe card production per documented procedures.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Collect, document, and evaluate operating and process data for adjustments.
• Follow safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and senior technicians on tests and improvements.
• Accurately complete production documentation for traceability.
• Assist in training peers to support teamwork.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
