Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Farmers Branch, TX seeks an Equipment Engineering Supervisor to lead night-shift technicians, ensure safe and efficient operation of high-volume semiconductor equipment, and drive continuous improvement.

You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and EHS to maximize uptime and production goals. Ideal candidates have a technical engineering degree and hands-on experience with complex equipment, preventive/corrective maintenance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical engineering qualification
• Experience leading technicians in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead night-shift execution, assignments, and escalations
• Provide equipment troubleshooting and return-to-service
• Support preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and tool qualifications
• Coach technicians with training and performance expectations
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliant operations
• Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
