Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon, is seeking a Sr Supervisor for Production- Assembly & Test. You will lead night shift safety, quality, and throughput, coordinate with engineering to resolve roadblocks, and drive continuous improvement across WIP and staffing.

The role requires a strong manufacturing background and leadership of direct reports. You will partner with planning, engineering, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery, while supporting a 24/7 operation and after-hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a management or leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience with SQL and/or Access databases for metrics reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and MRP systems; QAD preferred.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own shift output performance by monitoring WIP and dispatching resources.
• Lead night shift safety and ERT involvement; ensure incidents are reported.
• Manage quality and adherence to work instructions; address nonconformities.
• Supervise hourly employees including timekeeping, discipline, and training.
• Coordinate with planning, engineering, quality, and customers on priorities and delivery.
• Support 24/7 operation and extend hours when needed; provide clear pass-downs.
