Job summary

onsemi is hiring an Operations Lead for the night shift to execute tactical operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will drive output, cycle time, and quality while ensuring 24/7 production continuity across multiple technologies and processes.

You will partner with Production, IE, Automation, Engineering, Planning, and more to ramp technologies, improve standards, and manage resources. Strong leadership and communication are required to enable continuous improvement across

Qualifications

3+ years of leadership/management experience.
5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities

Partner across departments to transfer, integrate, and ramp technologies within the HVM system.
Lead benchmarking, copying, developing, implementing, and continuously improving operation standards and processes.
Identify and evaluate alternatives to overcome start-up/ramp barriers.
Collaborate with Site Leaders to manage resource interdependencies.
Provide leadership to ensure cross-training and coverage across multiple technologies.
Communicate ideas effectively across all levels of the organization.
Influence and drive accountability across diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
