Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee 24/7 manufacturing operations, ensuring equipment reliability and TPM-driven improvements. The role emphasizes safety, training, and lean practices across shifts.

The night shift runs Sunday to Tuesday from 5 PM to 5 AM, with every other Saturday. A strong focus on KPIs like efficiency, yield and uptime will drive performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of common manufacturing safety and quality standards.
Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by engaging associates in safety protocols and conducting regular safety assessments.
Supervise and mentor production leads and operators, ensuring effective training and Lean/best practices.
Lead maintenance-related initiatives to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing equipment usage.
