Mars is seeking a dedicated operator for night shift to run equipment in the assigned area while upholding quality, safety and efficiency. The role requires strong communication and teamwork to support site objectives.

You will perform changeovers, conduct periodic deep cleanings, and ensure records are completed accurately. The position offers growth through Mars University and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Minimum: Grade 12 or High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associates degree or higher in engineering or manufacturing related discipline.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in a food related manufacturing environment with automated processes, including PLC/HMI.
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills.

Mansioni

• Operate all equipment in the assigned work area while ensuring quality, safety and performance standards.
• Communicate effectively with team leader and peers, and follow escalation protocols.
• Fill out HACCP and other required sheets correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing area following 5S standards.
• Perform cleanouts and changeovers per work instructions and checklists.
• Actively participate in TPM teams and drive continuous improvement.
