Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing processes used by the company.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and stop non-conformances related to products, processes, or the quality systems.
• Take action to prevent non-conformities related to the product produced or services provided.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement and TPM activities.
• Oversee training and ensure staff attain required training levels and tools.
• Schedule and organize product flow to meet department and branch goals.
• Maintain safe working environment and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
