Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-shift maintenance team in a manufacturing setting. You will guide performance, drive TPM initiatives, manage expenditures, and ensure equipment uptime to meet operational goals.

The role requires a strong background in preventive maintenance, Lean principles, and a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with opportunities for process improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 5 years maintenance or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with preventative Maintenance systems.
• Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Must be available for off shift emergency response for critical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team and provide performance feedback to effectively accomplish MOS objectives.
• Coordinate schedules and work direction for all three shifts with shift team leads.
• Supervise maintenance processes and methods to deliver process uptime and capability to achieve operational objectives and budgetary goals.
• Manage daily maintenance expenditures in compliance with budgets.
• Ensure operational performance and goal attainment as specified by the metrics in the operations scorecard and provide periodic reporting and corrective actions plans to management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain TPM programs.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and/or improve operational performance.
• Develop and manage processes and testing necessary to ensure environmental and safety regulatory compliance requirements.
