Job summary

Analog Devices in Camas, Washington is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our controlled manufacturing environment. You will operate production equipment, perform quality checks, and help ensure safe, efficient processes while supporting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork are essential as you contribute to meeting daily objectives across various shifts with opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn new equipment, processes, and manufacturing systems.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to enter and retrieve production information.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing equipment in accordance with established specifications and procedures.
  • Process products through assigned manufacturing operations while meeting daily production objectives.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Accurately record production data and update manufacturing systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and report issues as needed.
  • Follow all safety, quality, material handling, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Support the training of new employees as required.
