Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a night-shift Production Supervisor to lead a 24/7 operation.

You will drive safety, quality, and output by coordinating staffing, materials, and equipment while maintaining strict adherence to procedures. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 5+ years of manufacturing leadership, including data analysis with SQL/Access, ERP/MRP experience, and a proven ability to coach teams toward on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a management or leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience with SQL and/or Access databases; able to pull, manipulate and analyze data for metrics reporting.
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems; working knowledge of QAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety champion and Emergency Response Team involvement; ensure incident reporting.
• Ensure quality execution with zero escapes and adherence to work instructions.
• Own shift output by monitoring WIP, dispatching resources, and balancing the line.
• Be present on the floor and ensure effective shift pass downs and priorities.
• Supervise hourly employees, manage timekeeping, and discipline with confidentiality.
