Job summary

You will drive safety and quality, coach a growing team, and collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Planning to optimize production workflows. The role emphasizes proactive leadership, Lean and continuous improvement, and a culture of accountability in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• AS or BS degree and/or equivalent experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of experience supervising a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in a data-driven team environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a Zero Injury Safety culture while ensuring policy and cleanroom compliance.
• Lead a team of 20+ Operators and Leads to meet daily production goals.
• Drive quality through problem-solving methods and root cause analysis.
• Coach and develop staff; manage onboarding and cross-training.
• Maintain effective shift communication and pass-downs across teams.
• Support training and adoption of manufacturing best practices.
