The position operates on a 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, with weekend rotation. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential for maintaining productivity and continuous improvement within the production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and related operations experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.
• Interact with managers, employees, vendors, and customers daily.
• Must maintain regular, predictable attendance and seen as a reliable leader.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees involved in all phases of blow molded container production.
• Enforce safety, quality GMP and company policies on the shift.
• Manage training, safety, inventory, and shift documentation.
• Resolve production and quality problems on the shift and document decisions.
