Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift (7pm–7am) to oversee hourly staff across all stages of blow molded container production. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficient operations while guiding training and performance management.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent operations experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and related operations experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all phases of blow molded container production.
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and proper training on shift.
• Manage shift personnel, performance, and attendance while complying with company policies.
• Monitor machine utilization and lead continuous improvement efforts (CQI).
• Review shift operations and authorize time records for all employees on shift.
