Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor - Nightshift in Louisiana. You will lead daily poultry production floor operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and coordinate team duties, equipment, and workflow on the night shift.

You will train staff, monitor performance, enforce safety regulations, and collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement. Strong communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience; 20+ employees preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to maximize quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficiency.
• Oversee employee performance and provide feedback, both positive and corrective.
• Encourage open communication to build team morale and align with company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe workplace.
• Take on additional duties to support Plant Operations.
