Job summary

Pilgrim’s is recruiting a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate team duties, monitor workflow, and enforce health and safety regulations to keep the plant running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year supervisory experience leading 20+ employees, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced poultry environment. Monday–Friday schedule with benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred; Poultry or food industry experience a plus.
• Skills: Effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to help employees reach their highest potential in quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and offer constructive feedback, both positive and corrective.
• Encourage open communication and employee involvement to build team morale and support company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost savings, and process enhancements.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Plant Operations Team.
