Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a frontline Plant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily poultry production floor activities in our US facility. You’ll drive safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating teams and responding to real-time operational issues.

Based on the production floor, you’ll manage schedules, monitor equipment, mentor staff, and collaborate with other departments to improve processes. Night shift may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience with leading 20+ employees.
• Poultry or food-industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to elevate quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and give constructive feedback.
• Encourage open communication and team involvement to boost morale and align with company values.
• Collaborate with departments to identify quality improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe workplace.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support Plant Operations Team.
