Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Cold Spring, MN is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Night Shift to lead daily poultry production operations on the floor. You will ensure targets are met while upholding safety, quality assurance, and efficiency, coordinating duties, monitoring equipment, and enforcing health and safety rules.

You’ll train staff, organize manpower and schedules, evaluate performance, and collaborate across departments to improve quality and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience leading 20 employees preferred.
• Effective communication, decision-making and multitasking skills required.

Responsibilities

• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficiency.
• Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
