Fortune Brands Innovations in New London, NC, is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Fiberon plant. You will supervise a shift, manage safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement in a 12-hour night schedule (2-2-3).

You will lead production teams, develop SOPs, and collaborate with EH&S and HR to enforce policies while maintaining attendance records and safe work areas. A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience balancing continuous improvement, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, delegation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a continuous manufacturing operation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise activities of associates in manufacturing during the assigned shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost goals.
• Develop and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with EH&S, HR, and leadership to enforce policies.
• Maintain accurate time and attendance records.
• Promote clean, safe work areas and resolve hazards.
• Guide production associates in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and coaching to ensure proper use of equipment.
• Foster PAR culture with regular feedback and coaching.
