DSJ Global is seeking a Production Supervisor to join its leadership team and oversee hourly production operations in a fast-pace plywood manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes strong people leadership, safety, and continuous improvement while guiding a night-shift team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Experience leading hourly production teams on night shift.
• Strong leadership, communication and employee development skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with production reporting and plant management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in technical or business field.
• Wood products/plywood experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly production employees on the assigned shift.
• Drive a culture of safety and ensure compliance with plant policies.
• Meet production, quality and operational performance objectives.
• Coach, mentor and hold team members accountable to performance expectations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations and support teams to minimize downtime.
• Utilize production reporting systems and data to drive decisions.
• Support training, development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster employee engagement and collaborative team environment.
