This role supervises production activities, enforces safety and environmental compliance, and drives quality and on-time delivery while managing costs and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires at least an Associate degree or equivalent supervisory experience, 5+ years in manufacturing operations, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a supervisory role.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop others.
• PC Skills - Microsoft Office suite, ERP systems, eQMS.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Verify employees have completed quality control checks and production lines are running quality product.
• Ensure compliance with schedule by staying on or ahead of production targets and communicating issues.
• Monitor and improve process yields; reduce and minimize material waste.
• Oversee daily production activities and staffing; onboard, train, and develop direct reports.
