Job summary

Burlington Industries is seeking Production Supervisors for the night shift (typically 5 pm to 3 am) in Raeford, NC. The role directs manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality, production and cost targets are met while fostering strong teamwork and policy adherence.

The supervisor will lead daily operations, reinforce training, monitor OJT progress and communicate goals and safety throughout the plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience leading successful teams.
• Experience leading night shift operations is preferred.
• Manufacturing or distribution knowledge/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily tasks of operators, service and technicians to meet production goals.
• Maintain safety, quality and efficiency standards on the shift.
• Provide ongoing training and support, including on-the-job training (OJT).
• Communicate daily with the team about safety, goals and objectives.
• Foster positive employee relations and two-way communication across the plant.
• Collaborate with management to solve problems and meet plant objectives.
