Responsibilities

• Directly supervise hourly production employees on safe, efficient operation of lines.
• Lead shift safety meetings to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health policies.
• Document employee expectations and assess performance; coach and develop staff.
• Assist in hiring/hiring decisions for hourly employees.
• Oversee training to ensure proper equipment operation and SOP compliance.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement countermeasures for production losses.
• Maintain 5S workplace organization and proper timekeeping per policies.
