Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Team Leader for our production facility in Pennsylvania. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure safety and quality, manage packaging and labeling, and coordinate with the Shift Supervisor to meet shipment goals.

Responsibilities include training, documentation, and maintaining supplies while upholding Amcor values. The role requires physical ability,flexible scheduling, and effective communication with teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Regularly stand, sit, or walk for long periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• PPE required: bump cap, safety eyewear, safety shoes, hair/beard nets, hearing protection, disposable mask.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and agility required.
• Must identify alpha/numeric product codes.
• Flexible schedule incl. weekends/holidays/OT.
• Frequently near moving parts; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies Amcor Behaviors and Values and leads by example.
• Inspects product to ensure quality and set aside below-standard items.
• Coordinate and give breaks to Packer/Handlers; ensure material supply.
• Maintain proper packaging, labeling, stacking, and wrapping for shipment.
• Document production reports and downtime accurately.
• Assist in training and development of associates; lead teams.
