Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Team Leader to drive daily production in our facility. You will lead by example, maintain a safe, organized work area, and ensure quality products while coordinating breaks and resources with packers/handlers.

You will train associates, supervise teams, complete required reporting, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential to meet production goals and ensure timely shipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, production environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holiday and overtime.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Inspect product for quality and coordinate with supervisors on issues.
• Coordinate breaks for Packer/Handlers and ensure on-time shipments.
• Train associates and supervise teams to meet production goals.
