Qualifikationen

• A Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for coordinating with managers, employees, vendors, and customers.

• Supervise hourly employees across all manufacturing phases.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance on the shift.
