Job summary

Graham Packaging in Casa Grande, AZ, is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the day shift to lead quality operations on the plant floor. You will ensure conformity to drawings, specifications and QA procedures, train staff, and drive continuous improvement across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities on the plant floor.
• Train and mentor Quality Technician Leads and staff.
• Maintain quality inspection procedures and records.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and support CAPA and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance and engineering to meet quality objectives.
• Assist in customer complaint investigations and action plans.
