Graham Packaging Company in Casa Grande, AZ seeks a Quality Assurance Technician for a rotating 12-hour shift (7:00 pm - 7:00 am). The role ensures bottle quality per drawings and specs, assists training, and monitors processes at startup and qualification stages.

You will work with QA teams to uphold safety and GMP, document findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.

• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Follow safety, health, quality procedures and company policies.
• Communicate about quality with supervisors and other shifts.
• Setup and maintain product files in Infinity QS for data input.
• Develop and analyze data to determine quality standards and reliability.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects.
• Create and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
• Coordinate quality activity with other departments to achieve plant objectives.
• Assist in customer complaints investigation and corrective action process.
• Conduct gage R&R studies and audits on processes and finished goods.
• Perform multiple inspection tests to ensure parts meet specifications.
