Graham Packaging in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a QA Lead for the Night Shift (7:00pm–7:30am) to ensure bottle quality per drawings and specifications. You will lead QA technicians, maintain quality records in Infinity QS, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with production and maintenance.

The role requires 1–3 years manufacturing experience with at least 6 months in quality and preferred prior leadership; company offers benefits including medical, dental, vision

Competenze

• 1–3 years in manufacturing required; 6 months quality experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Must communicate clearly with managers, employees, vendors, and customers.

Mansioni

• Understand, follow and enforce safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Communicate about quality with supervisors and other shifts.
• Set up and maintain product files in Infinity QS data collection system.
• Develop and analyze statistical data, control charts and product specifications to determine present standards.
• Coordinate quality activity with other departments to achieve plant objectives.
