Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring a Production Supervisor for our Prepared Foods Division in Kentucky. You will oversee daily production, quality, and yields while maintaining a safe work environment and strong record-keeping.

This role requires hands-on leadership and proactive line supervision on the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am). You should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; vocational/college courses preferred.
• 1+ years in manufacturing; supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and strong written/verbal communication.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel to other facilities or to corporate.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, retain, and counsel the team; educate on benefits and policies.
• Guide stretches and rotate workstations during shifts.
• Review daily production orders and ensure accurate shipments.
• Ensure all line stations staffed and equipment passes USDA inspections.
• Promote safety and oversee operations, driving quality.
