Job summary

Tyson Foods, located in Robards, Kentucky, seeks a Supervisor Maintenance for 1st shift to lead a team of 15 maintenance technicians. The role focuses on directing maintenance policies, overseeing preventative maintenance, and minimizing downtime in a food manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will implement GMP and SQF practices, ensure a safe, clean work environment, and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to optimize equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or college program certificate; or 5+ years related experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor with direct reports.
• Ability to lead, direct, evaluate and train a staff of 15 maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance policies and procedures to minimize downtime.
• Direct preventative maintenance programs for equipment and plant.
• Promote a 'Safety First' culture among staff and ensure GMP compliance.
