Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Production Supervisor in Louisville, KY to oversee production staff and ensure efficient, safe operations. You will coach, train, and evaluate personnel while maintaining SSQE and SOP standards, supporting continuous improvement across the plant.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with supervisory experience, OSHA forklift certification, and First Responder certification. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and direct self and others.
• Proficiency with basic office software and timekeeping systems.
• OSHA forklift certification and First Responder certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan and coordinate work activities of employees; train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance.
• Interview and recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, and firing.
• Plan and establish work schedules and production sequences to meet goals.
• Coordinate with team leaders and managers to align operations.
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations and train for chemical handling.
