Tyson Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor at the Cincinnati Plant to maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring a safe working environment. You will lead staffing, training, and ongoing coaching to optimize line performance and compliance with USDA standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in manufacturing with supervision, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma required; college/vocational courses preferred.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, retain, and coach team members; educate on benefits and policies.
• Monitor daily production orders; ensure correct shipments and inventory rotation.
• Ensure all workstations are staffed and machine uptime is maintained; coordinate with USDA inspections.
• Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
