Job summary

Tyson Foods is hiring for a lead operator role at our Kentucky facility. You will assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily department tasks, ensure communication to team members, and help maintain safety and quality standards on 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, identifying maintenance needs, and following Tyson policies. Candidates should have at least 6 months of lead and machine operator experience and be able to read manuals, blueprints, and plant paperwork.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Lead experience required.
• 6+ months of machine operator experience required.
• 2nd Shift work in United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in coordinating daily department tasks and ensure timely communication to team members.
• Monitor all equipment to ensure proper functioning and notify supervisor of maintenance needs.
• Read and understand manuals, blueprints, plant paperwork, labels, etc.
