Tyson Foods in the United States is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Prepared Foods Division. You will lead a team to maintain high production, quality, and yields, while upholding the safest working environment and accurate record keeping.

The role emphasizes hands-on line management, strong leadership, and the ability to rotate workstations, supervise staffing, and ensure USDA inspection readiness across all shifts.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; vocational/college courses preferred.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment, supervisory experience required.
• Basic computer skills and strong written/verbal communication.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel to other facilities or to corporate.

Mansioni

• Hire, train, retain, and counsel team; educate on benefits and policies.
• Guide stretches and rotate workstations during shifts.
• Review production orders; ensure shipments and record-keeping; inventory rotation and proper coding.
• Ensure all line workstations are staffed before start-up.
• Ensure machinery is operating; maintain safety and USDA inspection readiness.
• Oversee processing operations and collaborate with other supervisors.
• Provide ongoing education on quality.
• Perform other duties as needed.
