Job summary

Candidates should have strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with USDA inspections.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; vocational or college courses preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing environment; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills; ability to work with minimal supervision; strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build the best team by hiring, training, retaining, and counseling staff; educate on benefits and policies.
• Guide the team with stretches, rotate workstations, and ensure proper staffing.
• Verify daily production orders, accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
• Ensure all machinery and workstations pass USDA inspection and safety standards.
• Oversee operations and collaborate with other supervisors to resolve issues.
