Job summary

Selko (Trouw Nutrition) in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks a Production Operator – Redissolve Operator for weekend night shifts (6 PM–6 AM). You’ll own the safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and supporting equipment to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

In this role you’ll operate automated production equipment, monitor process performance, perform routine inspections, and document activities while identifying deviations and improvement opportunities to support site

Qualifications

• Experience as a production or manufacturing operator.
• Experience with automated equipment is an asset.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekend night shifts.

Responsibilities
