Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a night shift operator in Indianapolis to start up, run, and maintain production equipment. You will blend materials, follow recipe time/temperature specs, and document production metrics while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires adapting to overtime schedules and reporting to the line Team Lead. Minimum 3 months’ experience in manufacturing, food processing or packaging, and familiarity with automated machinery (PLCs/MMIs) are essential,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of experience in production/manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience in a food processing or packaging environment.
• Experience in automated machinery environments (PLCs/MMIs).
• Experience in USDA/FDA/GMP compliant environments.
• Proficiency with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Operate, start up and maintain production equipment, and perform shut-down procedures.
• Scale minor ingredients by weight, count or bulk flow meters per recipes.
• Blend raw materials by weight or automatic metering systems.
• Follow and document time/temperature points in recipes to meet quality standards.
• Document and track production variables and downtime, including product samples.
• Report to the line Team Lead and work overtime to meet production schedules.
