Job summary

Nutreco is seeking a Production Operator – Redissolve Operator for the Weekend Night shift at our Indianapolis site. You will operate reactor systems, monitor production, and ensure safety and quality while documenting activities.

This hands-on role supports continuous improvement and reliability across the site. The position requires experience as a production/operator, ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs), and willingness to work the D shift weekend nights.

Qualifications

• Experience as a production or manufacturing operator.
• Experience with automated equipment is a plus.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate reactor systems and supporting equipment to ensure safe, quality production.
• Monitor process performance and perform routine inspections and maintenance.
• Document production activities accurately and identify deviations or improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and site reliability.
