Nestlé USA in Bohemia, NY, is seeking an Operator for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) to support the production line and uphold safety and quality standards. The role includes a structured onboarding program in the first week and the opportunity to learn across equipment and procedures.

The position is entry level, emphasizes teamwork, and requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic math and English literacy, and comfort around powders and chemicals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
