Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an entry-level Operator for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) on the production line. You will work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and help ensure that every item leaving the line meets Nestlé’s standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The position offers an onboarding program of 4–5 days and a shift differential of $1.50 per hour for 2nd shift, plus a base pay of $21.00 per hour and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follows safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
