Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an entry-level Operator for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) to run production equipment on the line and ensure product quality. You will follow safety and quality procedures, learn quickly, and contribute to a smooth, reliable manufacturing process.

This role offers a structured onboarding week and a $3.00 per hour shift differential for night hours, with pay at $20.65 per hour and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift.
• Comfortable reading, writing and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep work area clean.
• Follows safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
