Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring for an Operator to run various machinery in a manufacturing setting. Night shift is 5pm-5:30am, with duties including matching labels to batch records, troubleshooting faults, and routine maintenance.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to GMP and SOPs. Responsibilities include loading/unloading and setting up equipment, data entry, and collaborative work across departments.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a factory environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures including Nestlé Life Saving Rules
• Ability to speak, read, write in English and comprehend simple instructions
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, climb, bend in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Match labels with batch records to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Perform basic troubleshooting of common machine faults and perform routine maintenance as per operator's manuals
• Load, unload, set-up, clean, adjust and disassemble machinery
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure procedures and documentation are followed
• Report damage or inconsistent materials to supervisor or lead
• Assist with overflow jobs in operations as needed
• Conduct data entry using paper records, electronics, PC, and iPads
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety standards for a clean, organized work area
• Adhere to cGMP and SOPs meeting manufacturing standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
