Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an entry-level Operator to support the production line. You'll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and help ensure every item leaving the line meets standards.

This 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) offers a $1.50 per hour shift differential and a structured onboarding. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and 0–2 years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
