Nestlé USA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 30 employees, ensuring safety, product quality, and asset performance while meeting the production plan. You will enforce SOPs, train staff on equipment, safety, and quality standards, and uphold GMP adherence with sanitation audits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in food processing or packaging
• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Inventory Control
• Experience in Quality and GMP in a food processing environment
• 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement environment
• Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, TPM, Six Sigma

Aufgaben

• Deploy and develop team training on equipment, safety, and quality; enforce SOPs.
• Maintain safety environment; update instructions; ensure SOPs compliance.
• Meet GMP, sanitation and product quality checks; correct quality-related errors.
• Coach team in continuous improvement; track progress and address root causes.
• Maintain line controls; ensure compliance with regs and manufacturing instructions.
• Manage employee relations to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure adequate skill distribution to meet production plan.
• Coordinate timely launch of new products with business unit.
• Coordinate maintenance with quality, maintenance, and engineering; prioritize repairs.
