Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an entry-level Operator to join the production team on the 3rd shift. You will operate and monitor equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and support continuous improvement on the production line.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, contributing to high-quality products loved by consumers. Onboarding spans 4–5 days with hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM during onboarding week.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift
• Able to read, write, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
