Nestlé Health Science in the United States (Illinois) is seeking an Operator to operate manufacturing machinery on the night shift. The role ensures the quality and quantity of products by following SOPs and GMPs, with emphasis on safety and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities include labeling to batch records, basic machine troubleshooting, loading/unloading, routine maintenance, and strict adherence to procedures. English proficiency and basic math skills are required.

Formación

• 0-2 years of factory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Ability to use basic digital devices (iPad, computers).
• Ability to follow safety procedures (Nestlé Life Saving Rules).
• English reading/writing/listening required.

Responsabilidades

• Match labels with batch records for accuracy.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of common machine faults.
• Load, unload, set-up, clean, adjust and disassemble machinery as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry.
• Report damaged or inconsistent materials to supervisor.
• Assist with overflow tasks in operations when required.
• Adhere to cGMP and SOPs and maintain clean work environment.
