Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an Operator for the night shift (Mon-Thu, 5:00 PM–5:30 AM) to operate various manufacturing equipment and ensure product quality and quantity per SOPs and GMPs.

Responsibilities include matching labels to batch records, basic machine troubleshooting, setup/cleanup, data entry, and strict adherence to safety standards. This role requires 0–2 years factory experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a factory environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Must use basic digital devices such as computers and iPads.
• Follow safety procedures including Nestlé Life Saving Rules.
• Ability to read/write/speak English and understand simple instructions.
• Physical ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and stand/bend/climb.

Responsibilities

• Match labels with batch records to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot basic machine faults and perform routine maintenance.
• Load, unload, set-up, clean, adjust and disassemble machinery as needed.
• Maintain detailed records with scaling and measuring accuracy.
• Report damage or inconsistencies to supervisor.
• Assist with overflow jobs in operations when required.
• Data entry using paper records, PCs and iPads with attention to detail.
• Follow GMP and SOP to meet manufacturing standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
