Job summary

The Kinetic Group is hiring for a night-shift maintenance role. You will perform preventative and minor maintenance on production machinery, execute machine changeovers, and assist operators as needed to keep lines running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of manufacturing equipment experience, basic PC skills, and a strong safety mindset. Training and growth opportunities are available, with a focus on ISO standards and team mentorship.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, G.E.D. certificate or recognized equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English sufficiently.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable experience with same or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Must pass the company’s standard mechanical aptitude evaluation.
• Must possess basic personal computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative, routine and minor maintenance on production and support machinery.
• Performs changeovers on production machines and associated equipment.
• Assists Production Associates when required.
• Adheres to safety rules and ISO goals.
• Mentors Operators and Technicians in training.
