Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Nights shift Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, routine and minor maintenance on production machinery in assigned areas in Lonoke, AR. You will assist with changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and support engineers in developing processes.

The role emphasizes safety, training, and adherence to ISO-related directives. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, English fluency, at least one year of relevant manufacturing experience, and basic PC

Qualifications

• High School diploma, G.E.D. certificate or recognized equivalent
• Ability to speak, read and write in English sufficiently to perform: communicate with team and supervision; read and understand process instructions; record process information
• Minimum of one year of verifiable experience with the same or similar manufacturing equipment and tasks
• Must pass the company’s standard mechanical aptitude evaluation for mechanics
• Must possess basic personal computer skills sufficient to navigate menus and print documents

Responsibilities

• Works in a safe and orderly manner at all times
• Obeys plant, department and area rules and regulations and encourages others to do so
• Obtains, maintains and uses all necessary safety equipment as directed
• Attends shift, department and plant meetings in a timely manner
• Performs changeovers on machines and equipment as directed by area supervisor
• Troubleshoots and performs light maintenance on malfunctioning machines
• Performs routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Assists Engineers in developing and troubleshooting products and processes
• Acts as a mentor to Operators and Technicians in training
