Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain highly automated production equipment. You will follow predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and meet efficiency goals, working closely with production teams to avoid disruptions.

The role requires strong technical skills in fabrication, welding, electrical systems, and reading schematics, plus CMMS and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical field preferred.
• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance in high-speed manufacturing.
• Experience with fabrication, welding and electrical systems (480VAC & 24VDC).
• Read schematics and repair drives, controllers and safety modules.
• Forklift experience a plus (certification not required).
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP policies; wear PPE.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime; perform predictive/preventative maintenance.
• Read schematics and repair drives, servo motors and controllers.
• Coordinate maintenance with production to avoid disruptions.
• Update SOPs and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Assist with training of production staff on basic equipment operation.
